Laura Peck a commencé son parcours vers le zéro déchet en 2015. Chroniqueuse depuis 2019, elle recherche, écrit des articles et les podcats "French Toast et Pain Perdu." Elle s'occupe avec passion de son gîte éco-responsable Laura's B&B à Alexandria. Elle anime régulièrement des ateliers pour les professionnels et les familles sur les manières de réutiliser, récupérer et redonner vie à l'essentiel. Vivre sans déchet, c'est un état d'esprit et des habitudes quotidiennes qui se cultivent dans le plaisir!

Laura Peck embarked on her zero-waste journey in 2015. As a chronicler, she researches and writes articles and the podcast French toast and pain perdu. She's passionate about her eco-friendly B&B in Alexandria - Laura's B&B at Riverview farm. Peck regularly facilitates workshops for professionals and families on how to reuse, reclaim and repurpose. Waste-free living is a mindset as well as daily habits that one can grow with pleasure!
