Individuals, groups and families can apply for a seasonal membership to rent and tend to a garden bed.

We will accept applications starting on February 1st 2023.

The amount of memberships that will be made available if any for the 2023 season will depend entirely on the support from our community, our fundraising results and donations of the required resources.

Membership Garden Options

Currently, all memberships include access to:

  • Your choice of one garden plot (additional plots may be available at additional cost)

  • Soil, mulch, compost. 

  • All garden tools and equipment on-site.

  • Water (rain barrels) and public toilets. 

  • Recycling and garbage. 

  • A loading/unloading access point.

  • A shed with a dedicated space for your personal tools. 

  • All communal areas.

  • Organized events and a quarterly newsletter.

  • Educational workshops & gardening guide. 

  • *Parking available at Alain-Potvin entrance.

Standard in-ground beds

Dimensions:

2 feet high x 4 feet wide x 8 feet Long

This is garden bed will require bending and kneeling while gardening. It will also we in a section of the garden that may not be as suitable for those requiring accessibility accommodations .

Organic Garden
Accessible raised beds for standing

Dimensions:

3 feet high x 4 feet wide x 8 feet Long

This is garden bed allows you to stand while gardening with minimal bending required. It will be in a section of the garden that has been built with proper footing for those who require accessibility accommodations.

Platform raised beds for sitting/wheelchair accessibility

Dimensions:

3 feet high x 4 feet wide x 8 feet Long

The platform design offers legroom underneath to comfortably sit while gardening.
