About the event
Isabel, from St-Eugène, has set herself the challenge of producing nearly all the fruits and vegetables her household enjoys throughout the year
—while keeping her methods sustainable, resilient, and community-minded. This session will discuss the choices that make growing your own food possible in our area, including no-till practices, permaculture principles, seed saving, circular systems, and the use of perennial crops.
Suitable for older children who are interested in growing food.
