A percentage of all workshop profits will be donated by the facilitators to the Rockland Community Garden.

This workshop caters to individuals aiming to initiate a new kitchen garden or enhance their current one to foster abundant growth.
The session will delve into essential aspects for successfully creating an organic vegetable garden, tailored for various space sizes, including small, medium, and large areas.
Topics covered include selecting optimal locations and layouts, understanding soil conditions, identifying suitable water sources, and implementing season-specific planting strategies based on our local climate patterns.

Transform regular old refuse paper into stunning sheets of creativity while discovering the magic of recycling as we take you through the mesmerizing process of transforming recycled materials into beautiful, handmade paper.
We will be mixing different colors, and natural elements( seeds, petals, leaves, threads, etc.) to create your very own palette of possibilities, limited only by your imagination!
Bring home a handful of new creations to share with who you desire and once ready to dispose the garden will await, a gift that keeps on giving.

Join Caryne from Burrowed by Caryne for a beginner macrame workshop! Learn the knitting basics and create a beautiful plant hanger for your indoor or outdoor space.
Space is limited at 10 participants so register early.
Each participant will also take home a potted plant to fill their new plant hanger!

Burst out of the Frame Tulips
Presented by Wendo Van Essen

You will be led by Wendo, an Out of the Box Fibre artist, to create a 5” x 7” field of tulips that will appear to jump out of the frame!
Supplies include: Fibre, a pattern, a background, a felting needle and a large piece of upholstery foam to work on.
